I embarked on my Ph.D. in Educational Leadership during the global COVID-19 pandemic, gaining acceptance in the summer of 2020 and commencing coursework that fall. In the spring of 2025, I completed most of my doctoral studies, specializing in Andragogy—the art and science of adult learning—while maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
My scholarly contributions include presenting at the American Association for Adult and Continuing Education (AAACE) conference in October 2021, with the conference proceedings subsequently published. Having passed comprehensive exams, I have reached a pivotal milestone in my doctoral progression. With an exceptional dissertation committee in place, I am now focused on finalizing my concept paper, which employs a mixed-methods research design.
